I see this is a frequently asked question; however, I have played with every option I could think of and I still can not get any of my downloaded songs to play. Suggestions or resolutions to this problem would be appreciated.

We will try to help. Where did you get the song from? What format (WMA, MP3, ITUNE) is the song in?

I got it from my Itunes library. Originally downloaded from the internet.

You cannot play Itunes songs online. They are copyrighted.

I'm sorry maybe I wasn't clear. They are actually in a folder on my hard drive. I then take those songs from that folder and put them in ITunes. But when I browse from Family Lobby site I get the songs from a folder on my hard drive. Does that make a difference?

I recommend downloading the file and not placing it into the ITunes library to see if there is a difference.

Alright. Tried the previous suggestion and nothing happened. Songs are in my download file, are under the allotted MB size and they still won't play. What is the best way to add music to my webpage? From where (examples)? I have a lot of music that I have downloaded from websites and my own personal cds. None of which will play. Please help.

Hello,

If another site provides a link to music, you can add that link to the homepage layout in the member area. You can also upload a music file in the File Downloads section that is an mp3, wma, mid, or another common music file. Then, click "Play on homepage".

Look at the videos if you need more details:

This video shows how to create your own wma files:
